Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of the contract, without needing to give a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and EU Directive 2011/83.

Exception for digital content and services

If the service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (for example, immediate access to Tack), the right of withdrawal is lost as soon as its performance begins, provided you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose that right once it starts.

How to request a refund

If you believe the service was not provided or there is a billing error, contact us stating the date of the charge and the reason. We reply within a maximum of 5 business days.
